EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Make sure you have the proper food-to-water ratio. If your solution is too concentrated it will kill your blooms.
Uses and Purposes:
- Floral food extends vase life, enhances flower color brilliance, and helps to keep stems open to absorb water, thus extending the flower's vase-life.
- While floral food is not mandatory, it is helpful to extend vase life in hot weather months and for more delicate flowers like anemones, ranunculus, lisianthus, peonies, etc.
Quantity Help:
- Use 1/2 Liter or 1 Pint of water for every 1 packet.
- 15 packets should cover the bulk of your DIY flowers. As mentioned before, floral food is optional, but nice for hot weather months and delicate flowers. You do not need to use floral food on hardy items like greenery, carnations, filler flowers, etc.
- Most items ship within 2 business days, Mon-Fri.
