Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 30 days from delivery date.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning all items. Our original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Email us at email@example.com to let us know of your return. You must provide tracking when shipping your return.
- DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge.
- All items should be unused and in brand new condition. All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
- Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
- Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
- Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.
Placed orders are sent to our warehouse immediately for fulfillment. Cancellations are accepted only when the items have not shipped. However, most items ship within 1-2 business days. We are not able to guarantee interception of an order once it's been placed. Once items have been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
