Terms and Conditions

1. Commitment To Follow All Directions:

Buyer understands that they are accepting the role of florist for the event. It is buyer's responsibility to read the instructions provided and follow directions.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

Supplies are shipped with FedEx or USPS. Most items should arrive in 4-14 days, depending on your location. Buyer is responsible for accepting the delivery. Carrier may or may not leave the package(s) at the door; it's up to the discretion of the driver. Flower Moxie Supply is not responsible for stolen boxes or damaged product due to being left on the porch during inclement weather. Flower Moxie Supply is not responsible for carrier delays, as we cannot control the weather or mechanical delays that impact shipping carriers.

Customers who are not present at time of delivery requiring a signature forfeit any rights to refunds, no exceptions. If you miss your delivery it is your responsibility to coordinate a redelivery or pickup. Flower Moxie is unable to help with redelivery per FedEx rules.

3. Substitution Policy:

Buyer understands Flower Moxie Supply reserves the right to make changes and substitutions. All substitutions and changes are only done as a last resort, and only when the reasons for doing so are reasonable and genuine. If an item is unavailable, we will reach out regarding a substitution or a refund.

4. Claims:

Buyer understands that they must contact Flower Moxie Supply IMMEDIATELY or within 30 days of delivery if there are any issues with the order, such as damaged or missing items. 

Flower Moxie Supply will not reimburse you for supplies purchased on your own. We will only refund or replace our own supplies, and only when a claim is made within 30 days of delivery with accompanying photos. Any claims can be sent with accompanying photos to hello@flowermoxiesupply.com 

Claims submitted after the event, not within 30 days of delivery, or without sending photos will be refused. No exceptions.

5. Returns:

Any product may be returned for any reason at any time, up to 30 days from delivery date.

Return Conditions

• You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning all items. Our original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
• Packages returned without a tracking number will not be refunded in the event they are lost during transit.
• Email us at hello@flowermoxie.com to let us know of your return. You must provide tracking when shipping your return.
• DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge.
• All items should be unused and in brand new condition. All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
• Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
• Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
• Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
• Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.

6. Cancellations:

Placed orders are sent to our warehouse immediately for fulfillment. Cancellations are accepted only when the items have not shipped. However, most items ship within 1-2 business days. We are not able to guarantee interception of an order once it's been placed. Once items have been shipped, cancellations are no longer accepted. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

7. Refusal of Service:

The Services are offered subject to our acceptance of your order or requests. We reserve the right to refuse service to any order, person or entity, without the obligation to assign reason for doing so.

Customers who are rude, excessively demanding, or use hate speech will have their order canceled and money refunded at any time.

8. Copyrights:

All content included on Flower Moxie Supply, Site, including but not limited to the design of the site, the site as a whole, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software and other material (collectively referred to as our “Content”), is the property of Flower Moxie and is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Content on the Site is the exclusive property of Flower Moxie and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
