How many buckets should I buy?
We have a handy worksheet so you can calculate how many and what sized buckets you'll need.
Do you sell buckets?
We do not currently sell buckets for your flower prep. We love cheap, plastic bathroom trash cans from Walmart or the dollar store.
Can I buy my flowers from you?
How soon do I need to order supplies to arrive in time for my wedding?
It is best to order your supplies at least 14 days before the date you need them. We do offer expedited shipping which is recommended if your event is less than 14 days away.
How quickly can I get my supply order?
Supplies are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. All supply orders are sent immediately to the warehouse to be fulfilled. Back ordered items or order issues such as an incorrect address may delay order processing. We will notify you as soon as your supply order ships. Most orders arrive within 14 days of being shipped. Flower Moxie cannot control delays caused by FedEx or USPS.
Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we currently cannot ship outside of the United States.
What's the shipping fee for supplies?
For all supply orders under $50, we have a $10 shipping fee. All supply orders above $50 have free shipping!
Do you offer insurance? What is Route?
Route offers you "peace of mind" package protection for all of your orders at an affordable price.
Route Package Protection is automatically added at checkout and unlocks full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues. If you decide you do not want Route, you may remove it from your cart before you check out.

What happens if something I ordered is on backorder after I place my order?
We will offer an alternative/substitution or simply refund you for the item, it will be your choice! Imported product has been more difficult to obtain since COVID began.
Why do you sell plastic vases instead of glass or metal?
We feel that plastic is the most cost efficient choice plus plastic is easily paintable for the ultimate customization! Plus the lightweight plastic vases save you money on shipping and they won't break in transit like glass could.
