- Grid Table fits snug into the vase, floral tape not required
- The table can be lifted out, allowing you to recut the stems of the vase without disassembling the floral arrangement.
- A clear plastic pinfrog with suction cups is optional and provides additional support. Pinfrog not included.
LEAK DISCLAIMER: Acrylic trays are made up of pieces sealed together by machinery. They are not one solid piece, such as a glass/ceramic/metal vase. For this reason, slow leaks can and will happen over time or initially. For this reason, Amy recommends caulking the seams with Clear Silicone Waterproof Sealant. We are unable to guarantee a 100% waterproof seal. These eco friendly trays are worth the investment, just grab a little sealant!!
Vase Mechanics
- Extra vase mechanics are not needed, however, if you'd like further stability, use Clear Plastic Pin Frogs with suctions cups on the bottom for more design control.
"How many stems will it take to fill this vase?"
The answer depends on the type and size of the flower and how much greenery you plan to use. However, let us try to help by giving a general rule of thumb, or you can checkout the recipes in our DIY Wedding Packages.
General Rule of Thumb for a 5-6'' Vase:
- Greenery- Average 1/4th bunch
- Filler/Volume Flowers- 5-7 filler flowers (roses, alstro, carnations, mums, etc)
- Accent/Luxury Flowers- 3-5 luxury flowers (ranunculus, anemones, lisianthus)
- Texture Flowers- A few stems (thistle, berries, statice, etc)
- Most items ship within 2 business days, Mon-Fri.
- All items are shipping via ground, with the option to upgrade to express shipping at checkout.
- Express shipping cannot be delivered to a PO box.
- If your event is less than 7 days from the date of purchase, it’s strongly recommended to choose express shipping at checkout.

When should I place my order?
It is best to order your supplies at least 14 days before the date you need them. We do offer expedited shipping which is recommended if your event is less than 14 days away.

Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Supplies are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. All supply orders are sent immediately to the warehouse to be fulfilled. Back ordered items or order issues such as an incorrect address may delay order processing. We will notify you as soon as your supply order ships. Most orders arrive within 14 days of being shipped. Flower Moxie cannot control delays caused by shipping carriers.
Do you ship outside of the US?
No, we currently cannot ship outside of the United States.
