Returns and Exchanges
Any product may be returned or exchanged for any reason at any time, up to 30 days from delivery date.
Return Conditions
- You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning all items. Our original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Email us at hello@flowermoxie.com to let us know of your return. You must provide tracking when shipping your return.
- DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS. We will replace damaged items free of charge.
- All items should be unused and in brand new condition. All items should be packed well to avoid damages and returned in the original packaging.
- Give the return shipment to the carrier indicated on the shipping label. All returns must be within 30 days of delivery.
- Your product refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.
- Failure to follow these conditions will result in a reduced refund.
- Please allow 5 business days, after your return is received, for your refund to be processed.
- Exchanges will be made by returning your original order and having you place a new order for the desired items.
